Still the VSS Support in DriveBender 2.0 doesn’t work… so a Client using DB can’t be backed up from a Windows Server….

I use DB on 2 different computers. Pretty much all that is on it is backed up by Dropbox, so if I do have a failure, I should be able to restore…

I understand your preference to release a solid product, but, as you have stated, failure to acquire VSS snap shot occasionally is pretty typical and a problem I seen with all backup applications. Its been obvious to me for a long time that is a MS issue and not an issue with the software requesting the snap shot. I think the vast majority of users will come to the same realization and understand, especially if the issue is well documented for the release. Provided it does work (and you’ve stated it does), users will get the backups they require – once MS shadow copy feels like working that is.

Every other improvement sounds great – impressive software, keep up the good work, you have my support.

Please endeavour to release v2 with VSS support.
